This beautiful collar appeals to everyone who sees it.  Folklore has it that turquoise was placed ona horse's bridle to keep them from tripping, sort of a good luck charm.  Why not give our dogs the same sort of luck?  The gorgeous buckle set of sterling silver overlay with turquoise insets comes from Hansen Silversmiths in California.  The leather is soft and supple English bridle leather and is hand embossed with a Navajo design.   Measure your dog's neck without slack and add two inches for a comfortable fit. The measurement should fall within the size of the collar you choose.  The buckle will tarnish and needs to be polished from time to time to keep its new look.  The light oil leather should be cleaned with leather cleaner and conditioner made for light oil or it will darken.
